Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide design leadership across projects, ensuring concepts respond effectively to client requirements, project objectives, and design intent.

- Prepare and review technical designs, construction documentation, and working drawings.

- Take end-to-end ownership of projects, ensuring design quality, coordination, timelines, and deliverables are maintained.

- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead and mentor junior architects and designers, delegating responsibilities and reviewing team outputs.

- Conduct design and drawing reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, technical compliance, and quality standards.

- Attend client, consultant, and site meetings, providing timely design solutions and technical resolutions.

- Review shop drawings, material selections, samples, and site execution to ensure adherence to the approved design intent.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5 to 10 years of relevant architectural experience, with a B.Arch degree preferred.





- Strong design sensibility and conceptual thinking, supported by sound technical knowledge.

- Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction systems, materials, building codes, and industry standards.

- Proven experience in design development, detailing, working drawings, and construction documentation.

- Ability to independently lead and manage projects from concept through construction.

- Experience in client management, consultant coordination, and site coordination.

- Strong team leadership, mentoring, and delegation skills.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design/documentation software; knowledge of Revit/BIM workflows would be an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, project timelines, and deliverables in a quick-paced studio environment.

- A collaborative attitude with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to design quality.
