Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Architect with strong interior design expertise to lead design development across projects. You will take a brief from concept to execution-ready drawings, guide junior designers, and work closely with clients and site teams so that what's designed is exactly what gets built.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept

- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space plans aligned with client briefs
- Create 3D visualisations and walkthroughs for client presentations
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor that fit budget and style

Drawings & Documentation

- Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, electrical/plumbing/false-ceiling layouts, and detailing
- Prepare BOQs, material schedules, and cost estimates
- Create client presentations and design proposals

Client & Team Coordination

- Meet clients, understand requirements, present designs, and manage revisions and approvals
- Coordinate with execution, procurement, and vendor teams for smooth on-site delivery
- Conduct site visits to review progress and resolve design issues

Quality & Feasibility





- Ensure design feasibility, technical accuracy, and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Check quality of workmanship on site against approved drawings
- Review and mentor junior architects and designers

Requirements

Education

- B.Arch / M.Arch (or equivalent degree in Architecture / Interior Design)

Experience

- 5+ years in interior design or architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Experience in residential (villas, apartments) and/or commercial interiors preferred

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD (2D detailing)
- SketchUp
- Revit / 3ds Max (with V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape rendering)
- MS Office, PowerPoint, and BOQ preparation

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects
- Valuable understanding of materials, costing, and site execution
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Good to Have
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and woodwork detailing
- Experience with design-and-build or turnkey projects
- Familiarity with local vendors and materials in Hyderabad
