Qualification: B.Arch from a recognised institution.

Experience: Preferably 6–8+ years of relevant architectural experience.

Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Adobe and Microsoft.

The Senior Architect will be responsible for driving projects from design development through execution, ensuring architectural intent, functionality, technical accuracy, quality, and detailing are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong design sensibility combined with hands-on experience in consultant coordination, drawing review, statutory requirements, site execution, and high-end material and finish selection.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and review architectural design development from concept through GFC and execution stages.
- Coordinate with external architects, design consultants, structural, MEP, façade, landscape, interior and other specialist consultants.
- Review architectural drawings, GFCs, shop drawings, specifications and material submissions.
- Ensure coordination between architectural,



structural and MEP drawings before execution.
- Drive design decisions while maintaining the project's overall architectural vision and luxury positioning.
- Review façade design, planning, unit layouts, common areas, amenities and interior interfaces.
- Conduct regular site reviews to ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings and design intent.
- Identify design and coordination issues proactively and drive timely resolution with consultants and site teams.
- Participate in material, finish, fixture and vendor selection with a strong focus on quality and detailing.
- Coordinate with liaison and approval teams to ensure designs comply with applicable regulations and statutory requirements.
- Monitor design deliverables, consultant timelines and drawing schedules to support project milestones.
- Prepare and present design proposals, presentations, technical reviews and recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor junior architects and establish robust standards for drawings, documentation and design coordination.
