Job Summary

Mangalam Landmarks LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural design, coordination, execution, and working on residential/commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review architectural designs, layouts, drawings, and working drawings for real estate projects.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, planning, and other consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

- Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with the site execution team and provide necessary technical clarifications and solutions.

- Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and architectural details.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor architectural work and ensure execution as per approved drawings.

- Identify design discrepancies and coordinate with consultants/site teams for timely resolution.

- Ensure architectural drawings are issued and updated as per project requirements and timelines.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.





- Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and technical communications.

- Ensure design and execution comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project standards.

- Support the project team in resolving design and execution-related issues.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience as an Architect/Senior Architect.

- Experience in the Construction / Real Estate / Builder industry is mandatory.

- Robust experience in residential and/or high-rise projects will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of architectural planning, working drawings, detailing, and construction practices.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D software, MS Office, or other architectural software will be an advantage.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple drawings, consultants, and project requirements simultaneously.

- Good understanding of site execution and architectural detailing.
