Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Architect with 4–6 years of professional experience to join our project team for an infrastructure development project. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural and technical knowledge, along with the ability to coordinate site activities, manage project documentation, and facilitate effective communication between consultants, engineers, contractors, and site personnel.

The candidate should be comfortable working on-site, interpreting technical drawings, reviewing BOQs and cost estimates, identifying value engineering opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of project activities in accordance with approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drawing Interpretation & • Technical Coordination:

Read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and other technical drawings to ensure consistency and resolve design-related discrepancies.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day site activities with contractors, site engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- BOQ & • Cost Management:

Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, material specifications, and quantity calculations. Assist in cost monitoring and budget control.
- Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost optimization, material alternatives,



and constructability improvements without compromising design intent, quality, or project requirements.
- Consultant Coordination: Liaise with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, infrastructure specialists, and other technical teams to resolve design and execution issues.
- Project Monitoring: Track project progress against approved schedules, identify potential delays, and coordinate corrective actions with the project team.
- Reporting & • Documentation:

Prepare and submit weekly progress reports, site observations, meeting minutes, action trackers, and other project-related documentation.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate project review meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely closure of pending issues.
- Quality & • Execution Support:

Monitor site execution against approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements, highlighting deviations and coordinating necessary corrective measures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a coordination link between the project management team, consultants, contractors, engineers, and site personnel.

Required Qualifications & • Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.




- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design coordination, construction, project execution, or site management.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and basic project budgeting.
- Knowledge of value engineering, construction methodologies, materials, and execution practices.
- Robust coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Project or other project management tools will be an advantage.
- Strong report-writing, documentation, meeting management, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to undertake regular site visits and coordinate directly with site teams.
- Ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize tasks, and work within project timelines.

Preferred Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who combines architectural design understanding with practical site execution capabilities. The ideal candidate should be organized, solution-oriented, proactive in resolving coordination issues, and capable of taking ownership of assigned project responsibilities while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Candidates with prior experience in infrastructure projects, large-scale developments, institutional projects, industrial facilities, or multidisciplinary construction projects will be preferred.
