About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Architect with robust experience in residential interior design projects to lead design development from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of space planning, interior detailing, materials, client requirements, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client lifestyle, requirements, budget, and design preferences and translate them into functional interior solutions.
- Develop residential interior concepts, space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Create detailed 2D layouts, elevations, sections, 3D views, and working drawings for interior execution.
- Develop design concepts for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, wardrobes, dining areas, and other residential spaces.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and décor based on the design concept and project budget.
- Present designs and 3D concepts to clients and incorporate feedback and revisions.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, vendors, contractors, and procurement teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure the design is implemented accurately and resolve design/execution issues.




- Review drawings and design details for accuracy, functionality, aesthetics, and execution feasibility.
- Handle multiple residential interior projects and ensure timely completion while maintaining design quality.
- Guide junior designers and support them with design development, drawings, materials, and client presentations.
- Maintain project documentation and stay updated with residential interior trends, materials, finishes, and design solutions.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience, preferably in residential interior design.
- Proven experience in handling high-end / luxury residential interior projects.
- Strong portfolio of completed residential interior projects.
- Excellent knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D/interior design software.
- Strong client presentation and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with site execution and design coordination.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept → design → drawings → site execution.
