1. Job Summary

WeDezine Studio is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Architect with 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural design, project management, client handling, and site execution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing architectural projects from concept development through design, documentation, coordination, and execution, while ensuring high standards of design quality, functionality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

The role requires a strong understanding of architectural design and construction, excellent client and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead projects and guide junior architects/designers.

2. Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Project Management

- Lead architectural projects from concept development through execution and completion.
- Develop design concepts, space plans, layouts, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically appealing, and practical design solutions.
- Ensure design intent, quality standards, project timelines, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Independently manage multiple projects and prioritize deliverables based on project requirements.

Client Management & Coordination

- Conduct client meetings, design presentations, site discussions, and design reviews.
- Understand client feedback and incorporate revisions within agreed project timelines.




- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate effectively with interior designers, engineers, contractors, vendors, site teams, and other stakeholders.

Site Execution & Technical Coordination

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution against approved designs and drawings.
- Ensure architectural drawings and specifications are accurately implemented at site.
- Identify and resolve design, technical, and execution-related issues in coordination with site teams and contractors.
- Review site conditions and recommend practical design or execution solutions wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, safety requirements, construction standards, and project specifications.

Documentation & Quality Control

- Review drawings, material specifications, technical details, and project documentation prepared by the design team.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, specifications, approvals, and project records.
- Ensure drawing accuracy, design consistency, and adherence to approved project standards.
- Support cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality, functionality, or aesthetics.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills





- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture, interior design, residential/commercial projects, or project execution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural/design software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, detailing, construction methods, and site execution.
- Excellent client handling, communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
