Role Description The Senior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion, including developing design proposals, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

The Senior

Architect will coordinate with internal designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include site visits, reviewing construction progress, resolving design and integration issues, and maintaining documentation for all project phases. The role also requires mentoring junior team members, contributing to design reviews, and ensuring that all projects follow safety regulations,



building codes, and Corker Interiors’ design principles.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a proven ability to lead end-to-end interior and architectural projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and budget oversight.
- Candidates should possess experience with Integration, such as coordinating structural, MEP, and interior systems to create cohesive design solutions.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development concepts or digital collaboration tools as they relate to design workflows and project information systems.
- Skilled degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Relevant experience in interior design and build environments, preferably in residential, commercial, or retail projects.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and presentation software).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and mentor junior architects and designers.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
