About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Android Developer to join our core engineering team in Jaipur. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and architecture of high-performance Android Native applications. You will be responsible for building scalable mobile applications, leading a team of talented developers, and driving key technical decisions across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Native Development: Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Android Native applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Team Leadership & • Mentorship:

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Android developers; conduct code reviews, foster best coding standards, and manage sprint deliveries.
- Architecture & • Design:

Implement robust software architecture patterns (MVVM / MVI) to ensure scalability, maintainability, and clean code principles.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and fix bottlenecks, resolve bugs, reduce application size, and optimize memory usage for maximum performance and responsiveness.
- API Integration: Seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party libraries/SDKs with backend services.
- Release Management:



Manage end-to-end application deployment on the Google Play Store, maintaining version control and build pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements & • Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Android Native development with a strong track record of leading software development teams.
- Core Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Kotlin and Java, Android SDK, Jetpack Components (LiveData, ViewModel, Room, Navigation), Coroutines, and Dependency Injection (Dagger/Hilt).
- Architecture: In-depth understanding of MVVM / MVI architecture patterns and Android design principles.
- Tools & • Frameworks:

Hands-on experience with Git, Gradle, REST APIs, JSON parsing, Retrofit, and Firebase services.
- Problem Solving: Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong team management capabilities.
- Location Constraint: Local Jaipur candidates only who are open to working 100% On-Site at our Mansarovar, Jaipur office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience with high-traffic e-commerce or large-scale consumer-facing Android applications.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
- Familiarity with unit testing and UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso).
