Key Responsibilities
Technical Drafting: Develop comprehensive architectural plans, including floor layouts, elevations, site plans, and detailed construction blueprints using AutoCAD and Revit.
Design Translation: Collaborate with lead architects and structural engineers to accurately translate conceptual sketches and specifications into functional construction documents.
Code Compliance: Ensure all plans and technical documentation comply strictly with local building codes, zoning regulations, and international standards relevant to the project scope.
Site Integration: Conduct field measurements and site surveys when required, incorporating site-specific realities and constraints into the final drafting models.
Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and organized repositories of standard architectural symbols and templates.
Revisions & Optimization: Swiftly execute drawing revisions based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring strict version control and alignment with the overarching project timeline.

Qualifications & Requirements




Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a closely related field.
Professional Experience: 2 to 10+ years of proven experience in architectural drafting, ideally with exposure to large-scale real estate or commercial infrastructure projects.
Software Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD; robust working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other BIM and 3D modeling software is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of building materials, construction methods, and the integration of core structural and MEP systems.
Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage overlapping deadlines within a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
