A recent hospitality venture by Baijupara Hospitality is opening soon in Jaipur, and we're looking for a passionate and skilled Head Barista to join our founding team.
If you have a deep appreciation for coffee, solid technical expertise, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who:
Has hands-on experience with espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques
Understands coffee extraction, dialing in, milk texturing, and beverage consistency
Has experience with specialty coffee and manual brewing methods such as V60, AeroPress, French Press, Chemex, and Pour Over
Can train and lead a barista team while maintaining quality standards
Maintains high standards of cleanliness, workflow, and customer service
Is passionate about coffee culture and eager to grow with an exciting new café concept
As our Head Barista, you'll play a key role in shaping the coffee program, maintaining beverage quality, training staff, and creating exceptional coffee experiences from day one.
