Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics activities, maintain operational documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and support smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities.
Coordinate with drivers, clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain operational documents such as LR, DMR, bills, and other paperwork.
Maintain daily operational records and reports.
Track and maintain operational expenses.
Follow up with stakeholders for pending operational requirements.
Monitor work processes and support improvement in quality and efficiency.
Ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
Prepare basic MIS and operational reports as required.
Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply; candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
