Job Responsibilities
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes as per hotel standards.
Handle breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparations.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Manage mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Follow standard recipes, portion control, and kitchen procedures.
Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience as a South Indian Chef.
Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
Experience in hotel/restaurant operations preferred.
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
