Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our spinning mill. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical maintenance activities, leading a team of electricians, attending machine breakdowns, and ensuring smooth plant operations with minimum downtime.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities.
Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure quick resolution.
Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance of spinning mill machinery.
Supervise electricians and allocate maintenance work.
Maintain motors, VFDs, MCC panels, PLCs, transformers, DG sets, and compressors.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Coordinate with the production team to minimize machine downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.
Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
Experience in a spinning mill or textile industry is preferred.
Skills
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and electrical panels.
Positive leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
