Phoolish is a recent floral brand creating personalised bouquets for gifting. Customers will be able to choose flowers, packaging, and decorative details, so we’re looking for a florist who can turn individual requests into beautiful, well-finished bouquets.
Responsibilities
Create fresh flower bouquets based on customer briefs and reference images
Recommend flower combinations and suitable alternatives when a flower is unavailable
Wrap and finish bouquets neatly using paper, fabric, ribbons, and decorative elements
Source flowers, check quality and prepare bouquets for delivery
Help develop sample bouquets and current designs for our collection
Work with the team to meet agreed order timelines
What we’re looking for
Hands-on experience in bouquet making or floral arrangement
A portfolio of your work, including photos taken on a phone
A good eye for colour, proportion, and finishing
Careful handling of fresh flowers and materials
Explicit communication and reliability
Location: Bengaluru
Work arrangement and compensation: To be discussed based on experience and the final production setup.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
