Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and industry-oriented Placement Officer to manage campus placement activities of Management & Computer Applications and build robust relationships with companies and industry partners. The role involves coordinating student training/assessment, employer engagement, internship prospects, and placement drives to ensure successful career outcomes for students through visiting corporates, companies, industries inside and outside the state i.e. metro cities particularly.

Key Responsibilities
To Develop and maintain relationships with companies, corporates and industries through Data mining, Data calling and visiting corporates, companies, industries inside and outside the state i.e. metro cities.
Coordinate with departments for student eligibility and placement readiness.
Organize campus placement drives, recruitment events, and career fairs
Coordinate internship, training and business promotion opportunities for students
Prepare students for placements through workshops, resume guidance,



and mock interviews and involving Business / product promotion activities.
Maintain placement records, reports, and employer database
Track placement statistics and prepare institutional placement reports
Promote industry collaborations, MoUs, career development initiatives and institute brand building activities in different college.

Eligibility Criteria
Master’s Degree / MBA / Management or relevant qualification
Minimum 2–5 years experience in placement, training, HR, or corporate relations
Experience in educational institutions will be preferred

Required Skills
Solid industry networking and corporate relationship skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities
Knowledge of campus recruitment and placement processes
Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and reporting
Ability to mentor and guide students for career readiness

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
