Kabul Flames Restaurant is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly person to manage the restaurant reception and billing desk.
Responsibilities:
Manage the restaurant reception and welcome customers
Prepare customer bills and handle billing at the counter
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to basic queries
Take takeaway and delivery orders over the phone
Enter orders correctly into the billing/POS system
Handle basic cash/card/UPI payment transactions
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team regarding orders
Maintain a clean and organised reception/billing area
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable using a billing/POS system — training will be provided
Positive communication skills and polite phone etiquette
Able to take customer orders accurately over calls
Basic understanding of English/Hindi
Previous restaurant, cashier, receptionist or billing experience is preferred but not mandatory
Responsible, punctual and comfortable interacting with customers
Location: Kabul Flames, Koparkhairane
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
