Financial Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Financial Advisor to join the Direct Credit team. The role involves understanding customers’ financial requirements, explaining suitable financial solutions, and supporting customers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer financial needs and requirements.
Explain relevant loan and financial solutions clearly.
Assist customers with the application and documentation process.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with customers.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve assigned business and customer-service targets.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and positive attitude.




Basic understanding of financial products and services.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
