Hiring Business Development Manager

Location: Kolkata, pan-India travel

Reports to: Vice President

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Experience: 5–10 years

CTC: As per Industry standard, with sales incentives

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Drive sales and business development activities for specialised industrial products and solutions.

 Generate inquiries and business opportunities from power utilities and OEMs, including NTPC,

State owned Power plants, Adani and BHEL, along with refineries, steel, cement and similar

process industries.

 Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for

business expansion.

 Identify and develop current customers, applications and markets across India.

 Handle customer discussions, understand requirements and coordinate with the technical team

for suitable solutions.





 Handle sales prospects from inquiry to order conversion.

 Work closely with regional branches and internal teams for lead generation, customer follow-up

and business development.

 Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure proper tracking of leads and opportunities.

 Build and maintain robust relationships at plant, regional office and head office levels.

 Travel extensively across India for customer meetings, site visits and business development

activities.

 Manage and promote multiple product lines effectively.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
