Job Summary

Jaywant Group is looking for a Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution, quality, manpower, materials, and construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing and structural works.
Check quality of materials and workmanship as per required standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
Monitor manpower, material requirements and daily progress.
Conduct site measurements and maintain daily progress reports/site records.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.




Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Architects, Consultants and other departments.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–6 years of relevant site experience in civil construction.
Good knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Solid site coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
