We Are Hiring for Customer Support International Process.
Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Process is mandatory
Valuable English communication and basic computer skills are required
Key Responsibilities
Handle Customer queries through voice and chat support
Understand Customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions
Troubleshoot issues by following defined process guidelines and standard operating procedures
Maintain accurate records of customer in the CRM
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as per the escalation matrix
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer service targets
Handle international customer professionally while maintaining effective communication
Skill(s) required
Customer Support Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken)
Earn certifications in these skills
