About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and sales skills, be confident in interacting with clients, and have a positive understanding of lead generation and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, email, networking, and other channels.
Reach out to potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Present and explain our digital marketing services to prospective clients.
Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with potential clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
Research competitors,



market trends, and potential target segments.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada – mandatory.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Confident in making calls and communicating with business owners/decision-makers.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets.
Good proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, tele-sales will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working from office in Bangalore.
