Job Responsibilities
Contact US insurance companies/payers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
Check claim status, payment status, denials, rejections and pending claims.
Communicate professionally with US insurance representatives.
Understand and document payer responses accurately in the billing system.
Follow up on unpaid and outstanding accounts receivable.
Identify basic claim issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines.
Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information as per company policies.

Any Graduate can apply.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Excellent English verbal communication skills.
Good listening and comprehension skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
