Position: Helper

Key Responsibilities
Assist operators and workers in daily production activities.
Handle and move raw materials, components, and finished parts.
Support loading, unloading, and material shifting.
Assist in machine operation as instructed by the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the work area.
Follow safety rules and use required PPE.
Help with basic production, packing, and inspection work.
Follow instructions given by the Production Supervisor.
Report any unsafe condition, machine issue, or material problem immediately.

Requirements
Education: Any
Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing workplace.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn production processes.
