We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to handle broadband and fiber network installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain FTTH/FTTx broadband connections.
Perform fiber optic cable laying, splicing, termination, and testing.
Troubleshoot internet connectivity and network-related issues.
Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues within timelines.
Configure and troubleshoot ONT/ONU, routers, and related network equipment.
Coordinate with the NOC and internal technical teams for issue resolution.
Maintain service reports, installation records, and daily field activity updates.
Follow safety procedures and company technical standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in ISP, telecom, broadband,
or field service.
Basic knowledge of FTTH/FTTx and fiber optic networks.
Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
