Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or finance.
Solid knowledge of branch operations, sales, and customer service principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with sales management and team development is an added advantage.
