Machine Operator – G-Well Extrusion Machine

Job Role

We are looking for a Machine Operator who can operate and handle our G-Well Extrusion Machine in the production area.

Main Responsibilities
Operate the G-Well Extrusion Machine properly and safely.
Start and stop the machine as per instructions.
Set and check basic machine settings.
Check machine temperature, speed, pressure, and other required settings.
Feed the required raw material into the machine.
Monitor the machine during production.
Identify any abnormal sound, leakage, or machine problem and inform the supervisor.
Try basic adjustments if required and as instructed.
Keep production running smoothly and avoid unnecessary machine stoppage.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams whenever required.





Requirements
1–5 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
Experience in Extrusion Machine Operation will be preferred.
Experience with G-Well Extrusion Machine will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of machine operation.
Able to work in shifts.
Responsible and willing to learn.
Safety-conscious and disciplined.

Qualification

10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma or equivalent experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
