Male/Female candidates with banking sales experience
Freshers not eligible
Age: 20–31 years
Excellent English communication skills
Valuable mathematical/calculation skills
BPO calling experience preferred
No employment gap of more than 6 months
Job Responsibilities:
Outbound calling for Kotak 811 and banking products
Explain product features and digital banking services
Lead generation and customer acquisition
Achieve sales targets and conduct regular follow-ups
Maintain customer records and data
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Offs: 6 days off/month – 4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays
