Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and hardworking Office Boy / Girl Peon to support day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of office areas.
Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and other routine office work.
Distribute and collect documents, files, and other office materials.
Deliver and collect letters, courier parcels, and documents as required.
Purchase office stationery, refreshments, and other necessary items.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and preparing for meetings.
Keep office supplies properly organized and inform the Admin/Office Manager when stock is low.
Assist employees with routine office-related tasks.
Perform bank, post office, courier, or other outside errands when required.
Ensure office equipment, furniture,



and common areas are kept neat and in valuable condition.
Follow company rules, safety procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements
Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic understanding of office procedures.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, punctual, disciplined, and dependable.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
Physically fit and comfortable with routine office and outdoor work.
Basic knowledge of photocopying, printing, and scanning is preferred.

Working Conditions
Full-time position.
May require occasional outdoor work for office errands.
Working hours: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm
Salary: Starting Range 16000 pm
Experience: Fresher / 1–2 Years
