Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, monitor production activities on the shop floor
Plan, allocate manpower, machines, material to achieve daily/weekly production targets
Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/rejection
Maintain proper documentation of production records, shift reports, downtime analysis
Train, operate, motivate, evaluate production operators
Support implementation of 5S practices
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores dept. for smooth operations
Enforce compliance with health, safety environmental regulation
