Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR skilled with experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, or Engineering hiring, along with hands-on exposure to HR operations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, negotiation, offers, and onboarding.
Manage hiring through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements and recruitment planning.
Handle employee HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Manage and coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliance activities.
Support HR policy implementation, documentation, MIS, and compliance records.




Support employee engagement, HR initiatives, and employer branding activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Experience in Energy/Solar/EPC/Engineering hiring is preferred/required.
Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment platforms.
Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, and HR compliance.
Positive communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
