Job Summary
We are looking for a Placement Coordinator to manage and coordinate placement activities for candidates enrolled in our skill development programs. The candidate will be responsible for employer coordination, candidate placement, interview scheduling, and maintaining placement-related records.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with companies and employers for placement opportunities for trained candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and recruitment partners.
Identify suitable job opportunities based on candidates' skills and qualifications.
Coordinate interviews, job drives, and placement activities.
Follow up with candidates and employers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate placements, joining status, and employer details.
Support mobilization and training teams in achieving placement targets.
Collect and maintain required placement documents and joining proofs.
Prepare regular placement reports and provide updates to management.
Ensure timely follow-up with placed candidates and employers.
Handle any placement-related queries and resolve coordination issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, HR, or skill development will be preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and documentation.
Ability to work with candidates, employers, and internal teams.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a field/centre-based workplace.
