We are hiring a Data Scientist with 1 - 2 years of experience on behalf of our client. This role involves working closely with the client's product, engineering, and business teams to analyze data, build models, and support data-driven decision-making. Role & responsibilities
Clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics
Develop and evaluate basic machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, etc.)
Assist in designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements
Translate business questions into analytical approaches and present findings clearly
Write clean,



well-documented code (primarily Python/R and SQL)
Support senior data scientists on larger projects and model deployment

Preferred candidate profile
1 - 2 years of experience in a data science, analytics, or related role (internships count)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in Python or R, and solid SQL skills
Familiarity with common ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy)
Basic understanding of statistics and experimental design
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn)
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills able to explain technical concepts simply
Curiosity and willingness to learn current tools and techniques
