About the role

Acadvizen is looking for a Videographer & Video Editor to create videos that explain our courses, show real student experiences, and support our marketing campaigns. You will handle the process from planning a shoot to delivering finished videos for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and our website.

Key responsibilities
Shoot and edit reels, short-form ads, student testimonials, trainer videos, classroom footage, interviews, and event coverage.
Turn a brief into a shot list and plan camera angles, lighting, sound, and locations.
Guide trainers, students, and team members during shoots so they feel comfortable on camera.
Edit videos with strong opening hooks, clear storytelling, captions, graphics, music, and calls to action.
Create multiple versions of a video for different platforms, placements, and ad tests.
Work with the marketing team to develop video concepts that appeal to graduates, job seekers, and working specialists.
Organize raw footage and project files so the team can reuse content.
Deliver videos on schedule and revise them based on feedback and campaign results.

Skills and knowledge required
Confident camera operation, framing,



composition, focus, and exposure.
Practical knowledge of lighting, microphones, and recording transparent audio.
Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Ability to create subtitles, basic motion graphics, and clean audio.
Understanding of vertical video formats, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and video ads.
Positive sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and what makes someone keep watching.
Ability to work independently on shoots and manage several videos at once.

Preferred skills
Experience shooting and editing performance marketing ads.
Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or CapCut.
Experience creating educational content, interviews, and testimonials.
Ability to write short scripts or suggest hooks for video ads.
