Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Field Advertising Supervisor to manage and coordinate our field advertising team.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate field advertising staff.
Assign daily work and locations to team members.
Ensure candidates/employees report to assigned locations on time.
Monitor daily field activities and work progress.
Guide team members during advertising activities.
Coordinate with the management and provide daily updates.
Maintain attendance and daily activity reports.
Ensure assigned advertising work is completed properly and on time.
Handle basic team-related issues and coordinate with management when required.
Support recruitment/onboarding of field staff when required.

Requirements
Positive communication and leadership skills.




Ability to manage and coordinate a small field team.
Willingness to travel to different local locations.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps/WhatsApp and reporting.
Responsible, punctual and target-oriented.
Previous experience in field marketing, advertising, sales, team supervision or operations is an advantage.
Freshers with robust communication and leadership skills may also apply.
