Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Tools Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree
Valid nursing license and registration
Strong clinical assessment and observational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and handle stressful situations
Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technology
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
