Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager – Broking to drive branch business, client acquisition, revenue growth, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch operations and business development.
Drive acquisition of recent clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
Generate revenue through broking, trading, and Demat services.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the branch sales team.
Achieve branch targets and ensure quality customer service.
Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Eligibility:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
5–10 years of experience in stock broking/financial services.
Robust sales, team management, and client relationship skills.
Proven track record of achieving business targets.
