Role & responsibilities

Achieve desired business growth by understanding customers needs and providing appropriate solutions from portfolio of products and services.

Increase market share in assigned sales territory

Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, often involving long gestation periods and multiple stakeholders.

Build and sustain robust relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers to influence strategic buying decisions

.Lead commercial discussions, proposal structuring, and contract negotiations through to successful closure.

Maintain consistent engagement across the sales funnel, ensuring momentum and credibility at every stage.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations/Production teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Monitor, forecast, and report pipeline health and sales performance using CRM tools and dashboards.

Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office, and digital sales tools.

Demonstrated success in managing and closing high-value, long-cycle deals.

Education
Graduation: Any graduate with at least 60% marks from reputed college.
Proven track record of success for 2-8years as direct sales personnel in multinational organisation with responsibility of direct selling industrial automation or capital machines and payment collection. MBA or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).

Willingness to travel extensively for client engagement and market development.
