About the Role
Indo European is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-oriented Counselling Intern to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to communicate with students and prospective clients over calls, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and assist them throughout the counselling process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and prospective clients.
Understand students' requirements, interests, and career/education goals.
Provide accurate information about relevant courses, programs, and opportunities.
Counsel and guide students based on their requirements.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and messages.
Maintain regular communication with leads and update call records.
Handle basic queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with students.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
Positive listening and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace will be an advantage.
Freshers and students pursuing their graduation/post-graduation are welcome to apply.
