Job Title: Marketing Head – Real Estate

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead and manage the marketing activities of our real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, and offline marketing activities.
Generate quality leads through various marketing channels.
Manage marketing campaigns, budgets, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to achieve business targets.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Build and maintain the company’s brand image.

Requirements:




5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage marketing teams and agencies.
Robust analytical and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms.
Willingness to travel when required.

Qualification:
Any Degree relevant to Marketing

Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
