Job Summary

We are seeking experienced PLM Windchill Professionals with expertise in PTC Windchill PLM, product lifecycle management processes, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining Windchill solutions to support engineering and product development teams.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and manage PTC Windchill PLM solutions.
Develop and customize Windchill components using Java, JSP, J2EE, and Windchill APIs.
Configure workflows, lifecycle states, access controls, and business rules.
Support change management processes such as ECN, ECO, ECR, and CAPA.
Work on CAD data management and integration with Creo and other CAD tools.
Develop integrations between Windchill and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Teamcenter.
Troubleshoot application, performance, and database-related issues.
Perform data migration, upgrades, and system administration activities.




Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose PLM solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user support.

Required Skills
Solid experience in PTC Windchill PLM.
Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts.
Experience in Windchill customization and configuration.
Robust programming skills in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets.
Knowledge of Windchill APIs, Info*Engine, and workflows.
Experience with Change Management and Document Management modules.
Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, or MS SQL databases.
Experience with CAD integrations (Creo preferred).
Understanding of BOM Management and Product Data Management (PDM).

Preferred Skills
Windchill Upgrade & Migration experience.
Windchill Modeler, MPMLink, PDMLink, ProjectLink experience.
ERP Integration (SAP/Oracle).
Experience with REST APIs and web services.
Agile/Scrum methodology exposure.

Educational Qualification
BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, IT, or related disciplines.
