Key Responsibilities
Industry Relations: Build and maintain solid networks with corporate recruiters, HR professionals, and industry leaders to generate campus placement prospects.
Student Grooming & Training: Organize workshops, mock interviews, and training sessions to improve students' soft skills, aptitude, and resume-building.
Placement Execution: Coordinate campus recruitment drives, manage pre-placement talks, and handle logistics (written test halls, interview rooms, and hospitality) for visiting companies.
Internship Facilitation: Assist students in securing mandatory industrial training and internships to build real-world experience.
Data Management: Track placement statistics, analyze industry trends, and prepare reports for college administration and NAAC/NBA accreditations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
