About the Role

IITPlanet is looking for experienced and passionate JEE Faculty for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry to deliver high-quality online learning to JEE aspirants.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct live online classes from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Teach JEE concepts with strong focus on fundamentals and problem-solving.
Prepare and discuss JEE Main & Advanced level questions, PYQs, assignments and tests.
Identify individual student learning gaps and provide appropriate academic guidance.
Develop students' accuracy, speed, conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.
Review student performance and provide regular academic feedback.




Maintain punctuality and consistency in all scheduled classes.
Coordinate with the academic/Customer Success team regarding student progress and requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of relevant JEE teaching experience.
Robust subject expertise in Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry.
Experience teaching JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced.
Excellent communication and explanation skills.
Comfortable conducting classes using a pen tablet/laptop and online teaching tools.
Ability to engage students in a fully online learning environment.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home teaching setup.

Compensation

Up to 16,000 per month, depending on subject expertise, experience and teaching capability.
