Solarverse Solutions is an authorised Waaree channel partner delivering rooftop and ground-mount solar EPC across North Bengal, Sikkim and Bihar for residential, commercial and industrial clients. We are hiring a Solar Electrical Engineer, based at our Siliguri office, to take ownership of electrical design and in office execution.

What you will do
Prepare electrical design and drawings in AutoCAD – single line diagrams, array layouts, cable routing, earthing and lightning arrestor layouts, ACDB/DCDB schematics
Run yield simulations and shadow analysis in PVsyst, and size strings, inverters, cables and protection devices
Supervise solar installations on site – module mounting, DC and AC cabling, inverter and ACDB/DCDB commissioning, earthing, testing and handover
Enforce safety and quality standards on every site, track progress against schedule and report to the Director
Handle net-metering liaison with WBSEDCL and all discom inspection and approval documentation
Support O&M;, fault diagnosis and performance troubleshooting on commissioned plants

What we are looking for




B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
2+ years of experience in solar PV design and/or site execution
Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD and PVsyst
Sound understanding of LT/HT systems, IS/IEC standards, CEA safety regulations and MNRE / PM Surya Ghar requirements
Willingness to travel to sites across North Bengal, Sikkim and Bihar
Two-wheeler driving licence preferred

Preferred – a robust plus
West Bengal Electrical Licence (Supervisor or Contractor) issued by the State Licensing Board
Experience with net-metering approvals and liaison with WBSEDCL
Knowledge of solar modules, inverters, DCR modules and PM Surya Ghar subsidy schemes

Job details
Location: Siliguri, West Bengal (in person, with travel to project sites)
Working days: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and licences held

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
