Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to align technical efforts with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments.
Robust knowledge of database programming and performance tuning within SAP systems.
Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile software delivery practices.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules and external applications.
Additional Information:
