Role & responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and content strategies for real estate projects and brands.
Research properties, locations, target audiences, competitors and market trends to develop relevant content ideas.
Plan and execute monthly social media content strategies across Reels, carousels, static creatives and other formats.
Write creative concepts, hooks, scripts and content briefs for social media and advertising.
Lead creative direction for shoots, including scripting, shot planning, B-roll, talent direction and content requirements.
Plan shoots efficiently to create multiple content assets from a single production day.
Develop content for both organic social media and paid advertising campaigns.
Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to understand creative performance and use insights to improve future content.
Work with videographers, editors, designers, creators and other team members to ensure quality and consistency.
Handle client feedback and translate business requirements into strong creative solutions.
Continuously identify recent creative angles, formats and storytelling opportunities within the real estate space.




Monitor content performance and contribute to creative optimisation and lead-generation strategies.

Preferred candidate profile
2+ years of experience in content creation, creative direction, social media or a related role, preferably with real estate or lifestyle brands.
Robust understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form video content.
Excellent creative thinking, storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
Ability to turn a property/project into multiple engaging content angles.
Good understanding of real estate audiences, buyer psychology and property marketing.
Robust research and competitor-analysis skills.
Experience planning and directing qualified shoots.
Ability to create transparent briefs and work effectively with videographers, editors and designers.
Comfortable working with performance marketing teams and using creative performance insights to improve content.
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Someone who can take ownership of a project from research strategy ideation production execution optimisation.
A portfolio demonstrating strong creative work is preferred.
