Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition skilled with solid expertise in hiring for HR and Finance Shared Services functions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of partnering with business leaders, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building talent pipelines across multiple shared services domains.

Desired Skills:





• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. • Experience hiring at scale across Shared Services organizations. • Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. • Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Background: • Prior experience recruiting for Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Global Capability Centers (GCC), BPO/KPO, or captive organizations.
