We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler MEP to support BIM delivery across MEP projects in accordance with UK BIM standards, ISO 19650 principles, project information requirements, and client specific BIM requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining MEP models from design development through construction and As-Built/handover stages, ensuring that models, drawings, schedules and project information are developed and delivered to the required standards.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Revit MEP, UK BIM workflows, ISO 19650, LOD/LOI requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Common Data Setting (CDE) processes, multidisciplinary coordination, Scan-to-BIM, and design to As-Built information delivery.

The role requires a technically strong and detail-oriented BIM qualified who can produce accurate MEP models, coordinate with other disciplines, follow project standards, resolve modelling and coordination issues, and deliver high-quality BIM outputs within project deadlines.

Role & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain MEP BIM models from Design through Construction and As-Built stages.
Produce accurate Revit MEP models, drawings, schedules,



and project documentation in accordance with project requirements and KCL standards.
Support the use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk Forma, and other Autodesk platforms for model coordination, information management, and project collaboration.
Follow UK BIM standards, ISO 19650,BEP, CDE processes, and client specific requirements.
Coordinate MEP models with Architectural, Structural and other disciplines and resolve clashes.
Support Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud-to-BIM modelling for existing buildings and refurbishment projects.
Perform model QA/QC and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
Support Dynamo and other BIM automation workflows to improve modelling efficiency.
Maintain BIM libraries, families, templates, and project standards.
Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, consultants, and UK project teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure all BIM deliverables are accurate, coordinated, and delivered within project deadlines.
