Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent
ERP: SAP required

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable qualified with 4+ years of relevant experience and strong hands-on knowledge of SAP. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, collections, reconciliations, invoicing, and AR reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete Accounts Receivable process from invoicing to payment collection.
Record and allocate customer receipts accurately in SAP.
Monitor customer outstanding balances and AR aging.
Follow up with customers for overdue payments and maintain collection records.
Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and review aging reports, collection reports, and outstanding statements.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.




Process credit/debit notes and other AR-related transactions in SAP.
Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of AR transactions.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Solid hands-on experience with SAP, preferably SAP FI/AR.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
Experience in customer reconciliation and collections.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Positive analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and meet deadlines.
