We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our Hotel Service / Food & Beverage Service team.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to hotel guests in a polite and qualified manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Set up, maintain, and clear restaurant tables.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
Assist with buffet service, banquets, events, and room service.
Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments.
Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and a positive dining experience.

Requirements:




10th / 12th pass or hospitality qualification preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valuable grooming and personal hygiene.
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
